Retainer Work Agreements

Some companies have ongoing needs for multimedia production. Rather than hiring someone on full-time, you can simply put us on retainer, which is much more cost-effective. Similar to keeping an attorney or accountant on retainer, you will always have access to a team of video production specialists, for whatever multimedia work you need done.

How it works

Once a retainer contract is established, your company will send us a small retainer payment each month. Whenever you need video work done, you simply send it our way, and it goes to the top of our production queue.

We'll work on whatever you want; from basic video editing, conversions, and authoring, all the way to full-scale HD advertising campaigns for television and online distribution.

Cost

Clients participating in a retainer program are eligible for our discounted retainer pricing. This means all work performed will be billed at the discounted retainer rate.

If the work performed during a month is greater than the monthly retainer payment amount, we will spread out the amount due to be paid over the subsequent few months. This permits you to begin benefitting from your video/multimedia content immediately, yet pay for it over the course of several months.

If you have a month go by where no video services are needed, the majority of the monthly retainer payment will rollover to the following month, creating a positive credit balance on your account, that may be applied in the future for services rendered.
